Costuming

I have been sewing and making my own clothes for over 8 years now. While I always thought of it as a hobby, I’ve finally had the chance to try and turn it into something more over the past few years.

HEAD OF WARDROBE

Randolph Kids, December 2024 - May 2025

  • Constructed and sourced 140+ custom costume pieces for 19 cast members 

  • Sourced costumes and materials within the allotted budget while maintaining the integrity of the production’s look and feel

  • Collaborated and communicated efficiently with the creative team, administration team and actors to ensure that all design and practical costume requirements were met

  • Oversaw costume fittings and attended rehearsals to make adjustments as needed

  • Organized, maintained and laundered costumes to ensure easy access and comfort

  • Managed presets and quick changes

FREELANCE COSTUME ASSISTANT

  • Coloured and dyed costume pieces using fabric dye and bleach to achieve contemporary design

Events and Marketing

In my 5+ years of experience with events and marketing, I have played a role in putting together numerous events, including multi-day conferences, week-long events, fundraisers, galas and virtual concerts. I strongly believe in accessibility and connection through storytelling, and I strive to incorporate these into all the work I do.

EVENT MARKETING COORDINATOR

  • Strategically marketed over 60+ B2B/C events per year  to drive attendance, focusing on organic social media content and maintaining weekly print ad bookings

Music Education/ Administration

Arts education is something I feel strongly passionate about. I have been drawn to music ever since I was young, and it has played an integral role in shaping who I am today. Being involved with music education was my way of giving back to the music community that allowed me to flourish.

 

CHOIR CONDUCTOR AND SECTION LEAD, The Nutcracker

National Ballet of Canada in collaboration with VIVA Singers Toronto, annually in December, 2013-2019, 2021-2024

  • Supervised groups of children ages 8-17 during rehearsals and shows
